Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delvane Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to fifty US dollars (USD $50).

Governing law

Delvane Labs is currently operated as an early-stage, founder-led business and has not yet named a governing jurisdiction for these terms.
